I wonder if they're something different? I do have to lay flat for 8 hours afterward to avoid getting a big headache, but I've never had a problem. John and I have both had more than our share this winter, and I'm wondering if building this house has caught up with us. The stress of it was pretty intense at times, and now we're relaxed and feel at home. So maybe all this is our comeuppance and our bodies are letting us know!
