yes they can. Any of the clown species EXCEPT maroons are of the same family. This is where Hybred clowns come from. In the ocean, both are from different geographic locations, so they would not meet in the wild.. But they can "inter-spawn" between genus.. but the family has to be the same... The Maroons are the only clowns of a different family.
