Mysis soaked in selcon and garlic would be good but don't stress him out with the food. The real key is not to stress him. In fact if you can cover the tank with something and give him just a small amount of light so he can see that would be ideal. The key is to avoid stress and if he is a new fish he is stressed by the new tank to begin with.
