GRRRRRRRRR Really PISSED off. All week I've been tracking the Solaris on the UPS site. Delivery was set for today, and the site always said "on time". Well two nights ago, I noticed that the unit never left Helena. I called UPS, and was given the "don't worry" speech, probably just not updated. Well I check again today and same thing. So I called UPS, and this time they tell me that one of the packages is scheduled for delivery (the power supply!) today, but the other box is still in Helena. On top of that they tell me I need the seller to look into it. So I call PFO, and sure enough, its still in MT. Only reason given was "it didn't make the truck", and will be here on monday. 4 freakin days its sitting there, and nobody does nothing? Still haven't even received the power supply that is scheduled for delivery today!
