It also depends on "what" you are growing as each organism thrives under different lighting. Cheato doesn't need a great deal, but a seagrass refugium would. A pod farm refugium wouldn't need much but a Xenia nitrate reducing refugium would need more. Research what you intend to keep and light it accordingly.
