bubble

so im sure this has been asked before but I have a huge piece of coral and its rock base, which is starting to grow little beds of green bubble algae. What would be the best recommened method of removal. Some info says leave them and they will go away on there own, and some say pluck them off without poping them.

Im sure i have some nitrate and phosphate issues going on right now as i have yet to get my sump setup. Come june this WILL be done lol.

Any advice would be great. The tank is about 10 months old and i had a 3 day stretch with cyano and algae bloom with initial setup. no hair algae or anything of the sorts. just this green bubble algae and coraline of course.

Thanks for all the help guys and gals
