Terry, this is just my personal opinion, but I don't think the "live sand" is worth it. Your live rock will have all of the bacterial spores you need to seed the sandbed. There is nothing else alive in that "live sand" other than bacteria, so you don't get the benefits of worms, pods, and such anyway. For that stuff, you'd be best getting some sand from another reefer to seed your bed.

Also the cost is substantially more, 20# of dry sand is a lot more sand than 20# with water, you have to subtract the weight of the water which means you get much less than 20#'s...

I say go for the Seafloor special grade.
