I would recommend a good skimmer...and go slow. Soft corals are what I started with...Leathers, mushrooms, etc. Although I added my anemone after about 6 months and have had no problems. Been doing this for 2 1/2 years. I guess I got lucky.
You would definitely need more light though. And they do move around until they get settled.
