I don't know if it is a bubble algae or not. If so, it resembles the valonia type found on p. 74 in Calfo's Reef Invertebrates. I have something similar and it has not spread. I plan on removing it from its rock when I frag, but if it isn't invasive right now...

In the meantime, keep your phosphates in check and it might not get too exciting.
