Yeah, They might be having a fun drive in... Missouri is notorious for not "taking care of" their storms. As is Iowa too, if it's snowing, at least Dubuwue, doesn't do anything...until it's done!! It's crazy out there when we get a decent storm. They get paid enough, get out there! haha.
