I could whine but I won't! I'm good, and sitting here enjoying a nice cup of fresh ground, french pressed Guatemalan coffee that is REALLY good! A nice crumpet with a bit of honey and butter, some spec, a piece of Havarti and some red raspberries round out the nice cup of coffee. I like eclectic breakfasts. I also have a nice little Cavalier King Charles on my lap (Bentley)  and he is a wonderful addition to a tasty breakfast! Today I'm off to work for a few hours, then back home to a quiet house this evening as John has his monthly Italian American Club meeting. One of my favorite nights of the month! Since the plumber never showed last Friday to install my RO/DI unit I may mess with that tonight. I built LIGHTS. Maybe I can do this!
