| Re: Brooklynella Diagnosis ????? It looks more bacterial in nature. This could be secondary or primary. If it's secondary, then there may be water quality or diet issues that allowed the secondary bacterial infection.
I don't think it's Brook.
From your description, the 220 may be too new for fish of this type. That is to say, a water quality issue is high on the list of the instigator. The tank should be a few months old before putting these fish into it. The Kick Ich has little benefit in such a situation as this.
I wouldn't bother with Amp. I would go directly to a Maracyn Two For Saltwater fishes treatment, until the condition is better diagnosed.
Since they are eating, include immune boosters in their diet: Fish Immune Boosters
The calcium is not balanced with the Alkalinity. The concentrations (Alk, Calcium, and Magnesium) control pH and I'd be surprised that the pH is really that high. How are you measuring pH? Alkalinity? and Calcium? What is the Magnesium content?
The suggested balanced ratios of those water components are given in this post: What is Water Quality along with other considerations of what (other than the things you test for) make up water quality.
