Silver arowwanas I have seen for sale. You need a HUGE tank. They get to 4ft long. They need room to move, They don't need real deep tanks, just long ones with enough width to turn around. Think pond size tank for adults. What you hear about 200g won't due as a arowana tank, not forever. Do not get one unless you intend to take care of it. An if it gets to big for you, who will have a big enough tank? Think about it.
I love arowanas, and would highly suggest one to you if you have the resources to take are of it. I am sure you will treat him right. |
