Robert, you said they told you the lights had defective boards or leds or something and they weren't shipping until they fixed them all. That sounds to me like they decided to hold on shipping until they had it right like Jack said. Putting a hold on shipping like that and giving disclosure on what's wrong moves them up a notch in my book...
