Do the rabbitfish for approx. 10-14 days in your Qt, feed him there richly and give to him EVERY DAY a fresh salad (lettuce) or spinach or dandelion etc. Nori is also suitable but a disadvantage of Nori is, he will eat this very fast, salad or spinach mostly remains half a day in the tank and, however, he will nibble over and over again in it. In this way my Hippo tang has given up with that bite in my Lobo.
Rabbit fish graze, like tangs also, the whole day algae, find they not enough, they also already bite off once the polyps of corals (in corals are ALGAE = Zooxanthelles).. If they have a substitute which still tastes better, they will fast accept this. If the Rabbit fish comes again to your DT, you further give every day salad etc. |
