| Re: can i survive on smoothies? i recommend doing this. weigh yourself for a few weeks eating what your always eat. See if you are maintaining your weight. If so then good. From there see what your eating and see if you can cut out stuff. For example if your eating chicken with the skin on it, then go skinless, if your eating alot of cookies, then when you go for a cookie try something healtheir like a granola bar. With slow changes like that you will be able to slowly bring your weight down, and you will also be more likley to stick with it in the long run. Im trying to do this... its really hard though. Driving by the burger shop and having the smell of fresh grilled burgers coming thru my heater vents of the car or the thought of pizza and wings on a friday night with a movie. But slowly im managing it so hopefully a few years from now i will have conqured the whole dieting thing.
