Yes, they do like to re-decorate.They also like to dig.
I have a 50 gallon tank with some common Melawi Cichlids in them and there are some areas where the gravel has been dug out.
Now I am starting a tank of Tanganyikan Cichlids. Hope they will do as well as the Melawis.
