Two towers, one smaller than the other will provide a very good asymmetry and a swim lane which benefit your fish as well as allow for exceptional flow. Building stilts for the towers, by epoxying the rock before it goes into the tank or building a base rock or PVC pipe rack as the foundation for your towers is a good option. Your aquascaping should be what is in your minds eye as you are the artist.

Be sure to either build your rock work right against the back of the tank or leave enough room to provide good flow and access to the back. In between with not enough room can be problematic come maintenance time.
