It comes from the Family Labridae, its genus and species is Bodianus
sepiacauda. It's a wrasse from Eastern Asia. Its common name is Peppermint Candycane hogfish. I agree, it does look somewhat like the Rainsford, but because it is in the same Family as the Bluestreak Cleaner Wrasse (Labridae) it has more of the characteristics of this Family.
