A better solution if you're so dead set on the clownfish, is to get a frogspawn or similar coral that the clown will most likely host instead of getting an anemone. Even condi anemones come from high light areas, just because they can take low light for a long time doesn't mean that is what's best for them.

I understand as a beginner it is tough to hear advice against what you want, I have been there. lol But you need to trust that what we are telling you isn't tough love, just the truth. Maroon clowns, like tomato clowns are very cute and innocent looking when they're little, but they usually grow into mean, territorial, not so pretty fish that will happily take a piece out of you or anyone that wanders into their territory.
I don't know if you can get them, but black/white saddleback/sebae clowns are very passive and would do better in your size tank. Even a false or true perc would be better.

And remember, when it comes to anemones bright white or bright yellow (lol) is not a healthy color.
