Taking it slow is always the best way to go! ;] Then I would probably stick with the two of them for awhile until things are more settled in. You should be able to add a different tang later on without too much trouble since those guys aren't that aggressive.

You might look into running some phosban or a skimmer when you start to carry a larger bioload. Since scopas are big algae eaters and you have a fuge you'll probably be fine for now.
