Re: So YELLOW tangs will school....

Hi Morgan!

Well, my options are open. The scopas has been in the 75g for a couple months now, he's a bit smaller than the hybrid but not too much. I'm thinkin' of the following scenarios:

The hybrid is chillin' in the 55 for now with a juvie saddle clown and a chromis. he's the most aggressive thing in there. (I just bought him a buddha statue to hide in ) There's about 45 lbs of rock cycling right now in another tank, it was base rock and we put it in water and the trites are HIGH right now, has a ways to go yet. SO.... a serious reaquascaping is going to happen in the 75g. Probably in, say a month. When that happens I figure to add the hybrid then. I'll wait longer to scape/add the hybrid if nececssary, no rush.

OR: add a yellow at the same time I add the hybrid. I'm not too sure about this one, but I've heard when they school it's good in threes or more. Problems: three tangs in a 75!!! all zebrasomas!!! The scopas is bigger than when I got him, but he's not growing as fast as I might have imagined so maybe 3 tangs would be OK for a while, until they got too big.

Opinions, people?
