well, my mushrooms are looking better today. my baby red one looks like its fully expanded, but it's now the shape of an "infinity" symbol - the little sideways 8.
and the big one is unfolding more every day, but is still nervous (and rightfully so!) about being eaten alive. poor guys.
my nitrates are still hanging around 20ppm. hmmph.
