its just running off the house outlets. the way the wiring is in my old house is weird,,,half of the room in on one circuit and the other half is on another,,,tank in inbetween the 2~
the chiller heater are remote located in the laundry room appx 20ft away, plumbed through the wall (wife said "your what? cutting a hole in the wall?") so they are on that circuit.
