I tried boots with my previous dog who did tracking in snow and trust me they'd rather have cold feet. I worry more about ice or salt cracking the pads. Vaseline or Hooflex is a must have for their pads!
Well, the little guy came out this morning. He isn't an early riser so missed breakfast but I'm glad to see him out and about and no one picking on him. |
