I have a predator tank with a snowflake, a clown trigger, a picasso (huma huma) trigger, a porcupine puffer, and a hitchhiker ghost. My son and I are in the process of getting a 280g for them as a temporary size improvement until we can get the 465g for them. The big tank will be in a few years though and I'm afraid these guys will need a bigger tank long before then so the 280g will have to do for a while.
We also recently purchased a Miniatus Grouper. He has quickly become my favorite fish. His mannerisms really remind me of Scotts Spotty. He'll swim to the edge of a hole in the rocks and peer out at me. His body seems to be on hinges. His backside won't move but he turns his head to look around. He seems to be one of the friendliest fish you'd ever want to meet.
ALL of these fish ARE aggressive AND they eat like pigs (literally). WC's MUST be done often and lots of water each time. I do believe that everyone who responded has, without a doubt, the dedication and love for this hobby required to give these big fish a nice, happy, healthy home so I vote for "GO FOR IT!".
