I have had many Dwarf angels and they will all nip corals it's in their DNA but in some rare cases they will actually eat corals especially Trachyphyllias, Zoanthids and Clam mantles. As BoomerD mentioned the Lemonpeel is notorious for for this type of behaviour.

I would suggest investing in a good book such as " Marine Fishes" by Scott Michael which will give you general info about a large # of fish common in the hobby and maybe avoid this LFS !
