OK.... I'm sorry it took so long to compute.... I totally understand what your saying, and that makes the most / best sense. Skim the whole surface... I can still use my originally planned centrally located overflow box to hide the plumbing, but reap the added benefits of skimming the whole tank surface at once!!!! Now I got it.
