What kind of lighting do you have for the anemone? How old is the tank? In that small of a tank the anemone may move and sting other corals. And Yes the clown will be aggresive. They can get farelly big and in time may have to be removed.

Anemones need a well established tank of at least 6 months old and strong lighting. IF it would happen to die it could polute the water in a short time.
