Lynn, I don't see salinity in the system being an issue. My original thought and one that I negleted to mention is, the mangroves will be outside in a green house. So, outside but not really outside. The only perameter I am concerned about is pH and what effect sunlight will have on it, as well as what will the drop in pH be like when the sun goes down. The swings are what I will need to keep under control. It's all still in the planning stages but I think it will work out fine.
I have not been to any of the Brevard Reef Society meetings. Are you inviting me? |
