My return pump Tee's off to my fuge, with a valve so I can control flow. My fuge tank is drilled, and has a 1" drain. My return pump uses 1" PVC, and my drains from upstairs are 1.5". The black hose you see is just the drain out of a 40g breeder tank, used for frags. I will snap some more detailed pics for you tomorrow. I will edit the pics, and add captions to label everything, and where it goes. Its actually a really simple setup. Just lots of pipe.. lol
