Went to Lowe's and picked up the misc parts to get this Pump set up. Here's what I did...
#1 On he intake side of the pump I added a 90deg elbow pointing down to pull lower in the water column
#2 Added make threaded adaptor(s) to get it to 1" instead of 3/4"
#3 Added a "barbed" fitting so I can use "Flexible" tubing from pump to bulkhead going up into tank
That's as far as I got last night but it IS progress. Also work with my wife on her Aquascaping in her new 6g NanoCube. Got the rocks "pegged & glued". Tonight make up the SW, add sand and start the CYCLE!! |
