I appologize for being the bearer of bad news again,( I think I did it in your meet and greet), but your tank is way to new to even consider getting an anemone. Most folks don't even think about it til their tank has been maturing for a year. I would seriously consider taking them back to the LFS for credit.

As far as flow is concerned, we need to know what you intend to keep because different animals require different flow.
