i have a new tank to me, but used. the man whom i bought it from gave me a skimmer too. i set it up and it was noisy from the begging, so i bought a new pump, its quite now. but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work the way i've seen skimmers work. could someone maybe post pictures of how the skimmer works, our what level the collection cup should be at. u seriously need some help! its a cpr backpack skimmer. i dont have any pictures of it, but when i get the chance to take them i will post them. please help me figure out how to make it work!
