| Re: Adding kalk to ATO reservoir I use a 2 liter bottle or a milk jug. Mix the kalk per instructions. Then i use a drip line with a valve on it made of silcone hosing (same used for air pumps and other accesories in aquariums). I just slowly drip the kalk into the ATO. Then it slowly gets added to tank when needed. Just make sure that if you use the two liter or milk jug you will want two hoses coming out. one for the drip and the other for air.. otherwise the container will crush itself. I just leave it above the ATO and suck alittle on the one hose to let the Siphon start but you could also let gravity do the work. Or you can buy a doser for like $20 bucks.. to me its not worth it. |
