I fish recreationally & every so often I actually catch a fish worth bringing home for dinner. Is there a part of or internal organ of say a sea trout or mackeral that has a higher concentration of the hufa's or other proteins that I could add to a fish food recipe? Perhaps the roe( if present) or the red blood filled flesh along the spine? Thanks. |
