How long has this tank been setup and what type of lighting are you using and how many watts ? My advice would be leave it alone otherwise you'll only increase the stress level for the animal. If the tank is well established with the proper lighting then the Anemone will be fine and once it acclimates it'll move to a better area where it can receive proper lighting/flow.
