torch, hammer and Frogspawn are all part of the family Euphyllia divisia which we just usually call Euphyllia. I call them "Euphies" as a slang name. I have all three in my tank and LOVE them. Just keep in mind they are aggressive and if they sense another coral close by that's NOT of the same family they will start "chemical warfare" by sending out Sweeper Tentacles to sting the near-by coral. Here's a pretty good right up about them

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...(-NO3=WC%)
