I would try both. You could even use the bottle trick to capture mysis or cyclopeze to it. You have the lights and it sounds like it came to you in not good condition. Keep trying different foods and hopefully it will take some. I have also had anemones that eat pellets. I would try to feed daily for now and perhaps try during different times of the day. Once it is eating then slow down the feeding. Hopefully it wil recover. Stickyness is a good sign.
