Re: Andy's 29 Gallon Reef

They are aggressive growers and to my knowledge (which is VERY minimal) have no stinging cells. There only defensive is to OUT grow other corals around them.

Andy I would ISOLATE them buddy. Unless you're going for a specific GSP all over look buddy. Trust me they are difficult to get rid of once they get established on that PRIMO rock of yours. I honestly think someone else in the tank is their lookout and tells them when I am coming AT the tank with my TWEEZERS!!!

They look GREAT though!

Man you need to SERIOUSLY look into that new Solaris for your tank. I think other than price there's nothing out there to TOUCH them buddy!!

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...(-NO3=WC%)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!
