That's SW but it's negligiable to say the least. That's why we "check" salinity when we do water changes and make small adjustments to our new water accordingly. Yes if you "drag" the water out of "splash" it out it's SW but that's very little in the BIG scheme of things. Just check it and adjust slowly with your WC water.
