Woa! I would cut way back on the starfish particularly the sand sifters. Generally it is recommended to have only one in a 100g tank so I think you could get by with 2 or maybe 3. The only eat the stuff under the sand and are very prone to starvation.
Looks like it is going to be a fun tank.
