Thats a nice mantis tank bwlr!

My Manti are still pretty small ( about 1 1/2 inches) and as far as I know they have not taken out any snails or hermits. They have been eating some of the many mollusks that I have in my LR. I have been feeding them fresh shrimp and squid in hopes they will not take out too many of my CUC. We will see how that works! Ha!
Mantis #2 did take out a sea cucumber who made the fatal error of hanging out over the mantis' door for about 3 days. I also have a lot of gorilla crabs that HH on my LR so when I spear one of them I feed them to the manti too!
