I love derasas; they really are beautiful. As a matter of fact, I'm considering removing my biowheel. Since I started using RO/DI water; the readings have been pretty positive. Derasas absorb nitrates and ammonia; improving your water quality before they get out of control.

If you want to see a pretty nice picture of one of my clams, I think there's one in my folders on this website.
