wierd looking worm on existing live rock

I just noticed today a wierd worm on a piece of live rock (that's been in the tank some time). It's hard to describe it's really small, but looks like it has tiny legs growing out of it's side (similar to a millipede) and it's got hundreds of them.

The body has red on the top half and black on the bottom half. It seems to be eating stuff off the rocks but what is this bug, worm, millipede thing I am seeing and should I remove it or is it peaceful?
