Traip, that pic looks more like it has resizing/jpeg artifacting ussues. It very well could have some focus/camera shake issues as well, but the digital issues are bad enough I'm not sure what else is wrong, if anything.

One thing you do NOT want to do is keep resaving pics as JPEGS. Every time you do, you lose image quality. By the 4th time or so, it becomes very noticeable even to the untrained eye. Instead, save your working files as a TIFF or PSD. They are "lossless" saving methods, so no image quality is lost when saving. Then, when you're finished with the pic, save it as a JPEG for posting.
