I think Lynn outlined what they will need to open:
"Anemones are very delicate animals with slow metabolism so they really need to go into a well established (1 year old) tank wth lots of LR and lots of light."
If you don't have all 3 of these things, 1year, lots of LiveRock, and lots of light - I'd consider returning them. I'm not very experienced with these animals so listen to everyone else also, but with no live rock in your tank they will not survive long.
