Wow, tough starter question. First, do you already have the anemone? If nod do not buy it at least yet.
Anemones are very delicate animals with slow metabolism so they really need to go into a well established (1 year old) tank wth lots of LR and lots of light. Since this is your second post I am guessing you do not have either. What kind of anemone do you want? Some are much more difficult than others. We woud also need to know things like what kind of filtration are you running, what lights, what else is in the tank. and prpbably a lot more that do not come to mind at 7am..
Let us know a bit more about your setup and we will try to help you along with the anemone and other queststions.
