They are so easy. I have some paper work at home on them. All you need are the bulbs, resistors, wiring, power supply, and your mounting. I bought everything for less than $20 at Radio Shack. I mounted mine in a piece of 1/2" PVC that I cut in half length ways. Drilled holes for the bulbs, laid out the lights, put the pipe back together with end caps, and mounted it to the back of my hood with "U" brackets. One of the easiest jobs I've tackeled.
