Am assuming you are talking about the dark thing sticking up towards the center of the coral, if so, it appears to me to be an invasive invert, possibly either a Vermetid snail or a Spionid worm. To be rid of such critters, you can take a tweezers and pinch it off as close to the base of the critter as you can without pinching coral tissue, once dead, the coral should easily regain over that lost ground.
